Areas of use

SEAFLEX Buoys can be used wherever buoy mooring is allowed. The minimal environmental impact makes it especially suited for locations with regulations against traditional mooring methods.

Swing moorings, or single-point moorings, are the most common use for SEAFLEX Buoys.

With the SEAFLEX mooring system being the foundation of function our buoys can handle water variation and forces from wind and waves in the best way possible. The elastic mooring component results in a significant decrease in swing radius, meaning it can be used to moor your boat or yacht in locations where it would otherwise not be possible.

The buoy has been specifically designed to minimize the risk of chafing, resulting in an increased longevity of the product and a safer mooring for your boat.

The SEAFLEX Buoy comes in a range of different models and sizes and is specifically designed to be moored using SEAFLEX mooring system.

As the world markets, waters and customer requirements are different, we have developed our own SEAFLEX Buoy solution to meet as many needs as possible.

The SEAFLEX Buoy is made using polyesterene with excellent flowability, ensuring full boyancy even when exposed to external conditions. The buoy tubes are made of high-grade stainless steel to protect against corrosion.

The buoy comes in:

  • 4 lengths – 500, 850, 1500 and 2400 mm
  • 5 top options – no eyelet, plate eyelet, plate 4/6/10 dm eyelet
